The new and innovative LED light frame system apurRail offers the first wireless light frames and light boxes as well as a high flexibility for wall placement. For this purpose, busbars of up to 5.8 meters in length are mounted and connected at the designated locations and the frames or LED lights are simply hooked in. They can be moved along the track at any time.
LED light frame - insertion, removal and rehanging by one person only
The rails can be fitted with 26 - 30 mm flat LED light frames or LED light boxes with installation depths between 55 - 100 mm, each as a frameless version for tensioning cloths or with snap Frames up to DIN A0 format can be hung up, removed and changed in position by one person without any tools. Technically it is also possible to hang in larger formats. The number of light boxes per rail is ultimately limited by the power consumption of all boxes on one rail.

Technical details of the apurRail System
The aluminium profiles can be supplied up to a length of 5.8 m in one piece or can be cut directly to your desired dimensions. Several profiles can be strung together. A plastic profile with two copper conductors of 2.3 mm² each serves as an electrical conductor for direct current 12 - 48 V, which is inserted into the aluminium profile. The plastic profile is supplied as a roll in the desired length.
Two 10 cm long profile pieces are screwed to the back of each light frame. These are the matching counterpart to the wall rail. In one of the two profile pieces there is a spring-loaded contact maker, which takes the current from the busbar and feeds it into the light box. At present the spring contact on the frame allows a current of 8 A. A 16 A variant is in planning. The current is supplied to the rail via an LED power supply unit, which is led via cable to a feed contact and simply clipped into the end of the busbar.
Currently, 24 V LEDs are used, but a 48 V version is being worked on. At the moment the illumination of the frames or boxes is done with usual voltage constant LEDs. For larger projects it is possible to install individually manufactured current constant LED in the light boxes, which has the following advantages:
1. approx. 20% lower power consumption with the same brightness
2. equal power supply to all light boxes, whether at the beginning or the end of the busbar
