1. First select the desired finish, then the type of acrylic front and then the size.
2. Then select whether you want the labeling ex works.
3. Select whether the wall bracket should be mounted on a double-sided box.
4. Finally, select the surfaces matt or glossy for digital printing.
5. Enter the desired RAL color number in the corresponding field.
6. For printing ex works, you can upload the print file in the shopping cart (before ordering).

The round exterior light boxes are a real eye-catcher on every house facade. Made of stable aluminium hollow chamber profiles and with panes or hoods of opal acrylic glass, they offer everything necessary for many years of outdoor use. Choose between the one-sided or double-sided design. In the case of the one-sided version, an aluminum stucco sheet rear wall is installed in natural aluminum, which can also be painted in RAL or metallic colors upon request.

A round outdoor light box is something special!

The classic light boxes in square or rectangular design are well known, because they are mainly used for advertising purposes. With a round light box you will attract attention, because this variant is much less often seen in the cityscape. Of course, the illumination is also done by economical and long-lasting branded LEDs. This guarantees a homogeneous and bright illumination of the advertising space. Depending on your needs, you can also order the lettering at the same time. This is done via digitally printed light box foil with matt or glossy protective laminate.

Technical details of the lightbox round

The hollow chamber profiles are rolled into shape and then painted (if ordered). For boxes with hood, the body can also be supplied in natural aluminum, i.e. without any further coloring. Unfortunately, this is not possible for boxes with pane, as the brackets are subject to heavy stress when bent and must then be painted. Therefore there are no round light boxes made of anodized aluminium. Up to a box diameter of 1000 mm the brackets are manufactured in one piece, beyond that they are divided. With the acrylic hoods the hood web is indented by 5 mm. In order for you to be able to mount your LED outdoor light box quickly and easily, it is already equipped with connection terminals and an internal IP67 power supply unit ex works. So you can mount the LED Outdoor Light Box directly and without much effort on the wall. For the back of the box, we use aluminum stucco sheets instead of plastic plates. These are much more durable and robust, which is especially important for outdoor use. If you need special brackets for the double-sided version instead of the standard wall bracket, please discuss this with us in advance.

The light boxes are supplied without power cable / plug and cable outlet. These must be set and connected as required on site!

Lightbox lettering

4/0c digital printing according to ISO scale on self-adhesive lightbox film and lamination on the acrylic screen/hood, protective laminate glossy or matt, customer provides printable data as 1:1 PDF/X-1, at least Acrobat 4 as PDF version 1.3 or PDF/X-3, min. 100dpi final resolution, CMYK ISOcoated_v2 color space, fonts converted into curves or embedded, logos and graphics as vectors, please add 10 mm bleed allowance without registration marks all around

Important notes:
Please note that the colours are much brighter when backlit than when unlit. The colours must therefore be applied much darker if certain colour values are to be reproduced approximately in the illuminated state! For important colour values, please indicate the corresponding reference values, e.g. Pantone or HKS number, or send us a proof. Alternatively, a test proof (approx. DIN A3 format) can also be printed for a fee. We particularly recommend this for critical motifs and/or large print runs. If you send us print data that deviates from our specifications, please inform us accordingly. Complaints Due to incorrectly created print data are excluded.

We check your files again for printability but not for content errors! Please note that due to different graphic materials slight colour deviations may occur, which are to be accepted.
