1. Select the required lightbox format first - for individual intermediate sizes the next larger standard format must be selected!
2. Select whether you want the label to be factory-set.
3. Enter your individual dimensions in the corresponding text field, e.g. 1240 x 550. Please always state the dimensions in millimetres!
4. Select the type of acrylic front.
5. Then select matt or glossy surfaces for digital printing.

Individual production on request possible

To make your customers aware of your business, the advertising must fit perfectly to your offer. For this reason, we also offer you a large selection of LED outdoor light boxes. For example, you can not only determine the dimensions individually, but also choose between a hood in opal optics or a box with acrylic panes. A lacquered body, coloured rear wall, individual shape or reinforced crane design are also possible. Boxes with hoods can be reduced to a basic depth of 130 mm on request and at no extra charge. For this purpose, the hood webs are designed in 30 mm instead of 60 mm. On request, one-sided boxes with pane can be reduced to a basic depth of 80 mm as a special construction. Assembly of the lightbox made easy

To ensure that you can mount your LED outdoor light box quickly and easily, it is equipped ex works with connection terminals and an internal IP67 power supply unit. This allows you to mount the LED outdoor light box directly on the wall without great effort. For the back of the box we use aluminium stucco sheets instead of plastic plates. They are much more durable and robust, which is particularly important for outdoor use.

The light boxes are supplied without power cable / plug and cable outlet. These must be set and connected as required on site!

Lightbox lettering

4/0c digital printing according to ISO scale on self-adhesive lightbox film and lamination on the acrylic screen/hood, protective laminate glossy or matt, customer provides printable data as 1:1 PDF/X-1, at least Acrobat 4 as PDF version 1.3 or PDF/X-3, min. 100dpi final resolution, CMYK Europe ISO Coated FOGRA27 space, fonts converted into curves or embedded, logos and graphics as vectors, please add 10 mm bleed allowance without registration marks all around

Important notes:
Please note that the colours are much brighter when backlit than when unlit. The colours must therefore be applied much darker if certain colour values are to be reproduced approximately in the illuminated state! For important colour values, please indicate the corresponding reference values, e.g. Pantone or HKS number, or send us a proof. Alternatively, a test proof (approx. DIN A3 format) can also be printed for a fee. We particularly recommend this for critical motifs and/or large print runs. If you send us print data that deviates from our specifications, please inform us accordingly. Complaints Due to incorrectly created print data are excluded.

We check your files again for printability but not for content errors! Please note that due to different graphic materials slight colour deviations may occur, which are to be accepted.
